You can ask for a “zainetto di pic-nic” in food shops and tourist information points in this towns and villages.
For those hikers who choose high altitudes of the Dolomites a number of famous local chefs (many of them from Michelin-starred restaurants) created a dish that will be nicely packed in a picnic basket with glasses, cutlery, a bottle of wine, smoked ham and cheese.
